I do not think I could have passed the California Bar Examination on the first time without Steven’s help. With me, Steven was patient, caring and he knew his material very well. His great amount of experience working with all types of individuals with different backgrounds helped him tailor a program to meet my specific needs (including the fact that I was out of town (drastically different time zones) for the first 2-3 weeks of the bar prep period, working for a few hours per day, meeting at a quieter cafe, and my autism). Steven’s individualized calendar was particularly valuable.
He is a dedicated teacher who does this service because he has a genuine passion for helping individuals pass the bar test. What is particularly amazing about Steven is that in the case of my autism, he told me that in his 20 years of tutoring experience as a bar prep tutor it was the first time he had ever tutored someone with my particular difference. Yet despite this, he still did so masterfully. Me passing the bar on the first try should be a testament to that.
