Steven Harris is unequivocally the best bar tutor someone can hire, coming from someone who didn’t go to law school, and passed the July 2025 exam on their first attempt. Back in 2021 I decided to enroll in the Law Office Study Program. At the end of my first year of study I hired Steven to help me prepare for (and pass) the Baby Bar. When I learned that I had passed, I knew I would hire him again for the Cal bar. Fast forward to April of 2025, when I became eligible to sit for the Cal bar, I contacted Steven. I conveyed my concerns that I felt light years behind my bar-eligible peers and that I had very grim hope of passing. How could I possibly be prepared enough when I don’t know what I don’t know? However, Steven was the first one to reassure me that I WAS capable of passing, that he would get me to the level playing field of that of my peers, and that as long as I didn’t get in my own way I could succeed. Through the entire three months of prep, Steven held me accountable. He did not allow me to let my studies slip, he reassured me every time I had doubts, and he answered all of my questions. To sum up my feelings about Steven’s guidance and program, in hindsight, any amount of money paid for his services was not enough. The greatest gift I received from Steven was that even though I was incredibly stressed in the weeks leading up to the bar, on the day of the bar, I didn’t have an ounce of stress in my body. Because of Steven I felt adequately prepared for any iteration I could encounter. I succeeded under his tutelage and I am eternally grateful. — Molly Northrup, Esq., passed the July 2025 California Bar Examination
